Community is at the centre of everything we do. Since the outset, our business has focused on bringing renewed economic and cultural vigor to neglected neighbourhoods. Atria’s very first project, i-Zone, was the catalyst for massive redevelopment that turned one of Toronto’s former manufacturing districts into a vibrant and highly desirable residential community. Along the way, we made sure to support local social agencies and other community groups working to improve the lives of those in need.
Fulfilling our social responsibility is an ongoing commitment that expands with every new community we build. We provide financial and other forms of support that help our residents and those with whom they share the community live in safe, active neighbourhoods where care is taken to ensure everyone benefits.
