The Met will bring 600 new residential units to the Town of Aurora. Phase I will deliver 339 purpose-built rental units, followed by an additional 261 units in Phase II. The development envisions two nine-storey buildings connected by a central lobby, featuring ground-floor retail, a variety of indoor amenities, multiple outdoor courtyards, and a vibrant urban square. Parking will be accommodated through two levels of underground parking, with visitor spaces available at grade. Construction is expected to begin in Q4 2025.
The Met is strategically located on the west side of Berczy Street, between Mosley Street and Metcalfe Street, in the Town of Aurora. The development is situated directly across from the Aurora GO Train and Bus Station, offering convenient access to regional transit services. Additionally, it is in close proximity to major York Region Transit routes along both Wellington Street and Yonge Street. The site benefits from its walkable distance to several key community destinations, including Town Park and the Aurora Town Square, enhancing its appeal as a well-connected and vibrant residential address.
