Parkwood Residences, Atria’s first Oshawa project, is a short walk from the historic Four Corners at King and Simcoe Sts., where the downtown has come alive. You’ll find unique shopping, first-class entertainment, fine dining, inviting cafes, and activities for everyone, You’ll also find street-level television studios, the historic Regent Theatre, university buildings, trendy cafés and shops, and over 50 restaurants.
