These past few weeks have certainly been a whirlwind of excitement for Atria Development as the team at Caliber celebrated the topping off of the 100 Bond St. building and we celebrated the official launch of our Mary St. rental centre!
On the evening of Thursday August 18th, Atria Development hosted members of the Oshawa community to celebrate the official launch of 100 Bond. The wonderful staff of Riley’s and the Junction helped us pull together a fantastic party, complete with hors d’oeuvres, drinks, music and door prizes. This was a time to take a step back and look at all of the progress the construction team has made in just a few short months. We were honored to be joined by local media outlets, Oshawa councilors and even His Worship, John Henry, Mayor of Oshawa, who said a few words about the project and the incredible impact it has had on the city.
Our sales team offered several tours of our 1 Mary St rental centre and as a result, we leased several additional units throughout the evening. The rental centre features a sample unit interior and is fully equipped with interactive touch screens which allow potential renters to browse different units, floor plans and renderings. We are thrilled at the response we received to the rental centre and launch party, we are now renting units faster than ever! Prior to the completion of our rental centre, our sales associate, Ann Quevillon worked out of the Durham Region YMCA. Despite the lack of a sample apartment unit or even a real office space, Ann still managed to rent plenty of units and generate buzz throughout the community, a true testament to the high demand of luxury apartment rentals in the city of Oshawa. We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone involved with the project and the Oshawa community for making our 100 Bond project such a wonderful endeavor thus far.
